How we work
No surprises.
No runaround.
Good contracting is mostly communication. These are the standards every project is run on, from a fence to a full addition.

Written, itemized quotes
Labour, materials and allowances are listed separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

If hidden damage or a change in plans affects the price, it's confirmed in writing before the work happens.
Clean, protected job sites

Good questions
to ask.
Straight answers about how projects work, before you commit to anything.
Do you do plumbing, electrical or HVAC work?
We don't offer plumbing, electrical or HVAC as standalone services. When a renovation or build needs that work, it's completed by appropriately licensed trades and scheduled as part of your project.
How does your quoting process work?
We start with a conversation about your project, then visit the site to measure and assess conditions. You receive a written, itemized quote that separates labour, materials and any allowances, so you can compare it clearly.
Do you handle building permits?
When a project requires a permit, we prepare and submit the application for the work in our scope and coordinate the required inspections. Some projects also need drawings or an engineer's review, which we arrange as part of planning.
What happens if something unexpected comes up during the project?
Renovations, especially in older homes, can uncover hidden damage or outdated materials. When that happens, we stop, show you what we found, explain the options and confirm any change in price in writing before continuing.
Let's build something solid.
Tell us about your project and we'll set up a time to look at it in person. You'll get a clear, written quote before any work begins.
